Healing In Harmony

Healing in Harmony was growing into something bigger than a counseling practice.
Juanita had a clear vision for a faith-centered platform where clients could receive support, join therapy groups, and feel connected beyond a single session. But her current setup wasn’t built to hold the full experience she wanted to create.
That’s where the strategy shifted.
Instead of building a basic website, we focused on creating a digital ho
🧠 The Strategy: More Than a Website
When we looked at Juanita’s needs, it was clear that her platform needed to do more than look good.
She needed a system that could support virtual sessions, house her service offerings, communicate with clients, and create space for therapy groups to connect beyond individual appointments.
At the time, she was using Acuity for scheduling. While that worked for booking, it didn’t fully support the bigger vision she had for Healing in Harmony.
So, I suggested moving to Kajabi — a course and community-based platform that could serve as both her website and client experience hub.
💻 The Build: Creating a Digital Home
The goal was to create a website that felt calm, clear, faith-centered, and easy to navigate.
I built out the Kajabi website to help visitors quickly understand who Juanita is, what Healing in Harmony offers, and how they can take the next step.
The website was designed to support:
Christian counseling services
Virtual session access
Therapy groups and programs
Community-based support
Clear service organization
Simple pricing and next steps
Instead of sending clients to multiple disconnected tools, the new Kajabi setup gave Healing in Harmony one central place to operate.
⚙️ The Backend: Setting Up the System
Behind the scenes, I supported the Kajabi backend setup so the platform could function as more than just a pretty website.
This included organizing her offers, structuring her services, setting up pricing, and creating a smoother client journey from interest to enrollment.
The goal was to make the platform easier for both Juanita and her clients to use.
Because a good website should not just sit there.
It should help the business run better.
