The Notary Business Center

When Notary2Notary opened The Notary Business Center in Chester, Virginia, the goal was bigger than creating a coworking space.

It was about building a physical hub where notary students could receive in-person support, access resources, network with other professionals, and continue growing their businesses beyond the classroom.

After training students across the country, Notary2Notary saw an opportunity to bring that same education and community into a real-world space.

That’s how The Notary Business Center came to life.

🧠 The Strategy: Extending the Notary2Notary Brand

Because Notary2Notary already had a strong brand presence, it was important that The Notary Business Center felt connected to the larger brand family.

The goal was not to create something that felt separate.

The goal was to extend the Notary2Notary experience into a physical space while keeping the brand identity, values, and visual language consistent.

By aligning the branding with the established Notary2Notary look and feel, we were able to create a cohesive experience across digital platforms, printed materials, signage, and member communications.

💻 The System: Bringing CoWorks Into the Experience

To help manage the coworking space, we implemented CoWorks as the community management software for The Notary Business Center.

In my role as project lead, I helped guide the integration process to make sure the transition was smooth for both the internal team and future members.

This included supporting the setup, organizing key information, and helping the team understand how the platform would support day-to-day operations.

The goal was to create a system that made the coworking experience easier to manage, easier to communicate, and easier for members to use.

📣 The Launch: Educating the Community

To support the rollout, I also developed an online campaign to introduce CoWorks to the Notary2Notary community.

This included creating content that highlighted the platform’s benefits, explained key features, and helped members understand how to use the system.

From tutorials to demos, the campaign was designed to make the new software feel approachable and useful — not overwhelming.
