Many Happy Returns

Many Happy Returns already had something valuable.

A strong list of designers, clients, and industry contacts who needed to stay connected to the business.

Suzanne wanted a better way to keep that audience updated on specials, service updates, reminders, and everything happening at MHRNY.

Social media was helpful, but email gave us a more direct way to communicate with the people who already knew and trusted the brand.

🧠 The Strategy: Creating a Direct Line to Clients

For a service-based business like Many Happy Returns, staying top of mind matters.

Interior designers are busy. They are managing projects, clients, samples, vendors, timelines, and a million moving pieces at once.

So the goal was to create a simple, consistent email touchpoint that kept MHRNY visible and useful without overwhelming the reader.

We wanted the emails to feel helpful, clear, and easy to scan

đź’Ś The Platform: Organizing Updates in Mailchimp

To support the email strategy, we used Mailchimp as the main platform for housing contacts, building campaigns, and sending weekly updates.

This gave Suzanne a centralized place to communicate with her designer and client list.

Each weekly email could include updates like:

  • Current specials

  • Service reminders

  • Business updates

  • Helpful notes for designers

  • Seasonal announcements

  • Important changes or availability

The goal was to make communication feel more organized and consistent, while giving clients a reason to keep engaging with the brand.

📣 The Content: Keeping Designers Informed

The weekly emails were created to support the way MHRNY works with interior designers.

Instead of waiting for clients to remember to check in, the emails helped keep Many Happy Returns in front of them on a regular basis.

This made it easier to share timely information, promote services, and remind designers how MHRNY could help take tasks off their plate.

Email became more than a newsletter.

It became a relationship-building tool.
