With Vanessa leading the brand, Notary2Notary grew a YouTube audience of more than 50,000 subscribers and became a trusted resource for notaries learning how to break into the field and build successful businesses.
Her expertise was the foundation.
My role was to help turn that expertise into clear, educational content that could continue serving the Notary2Notary audience across YouTube and social media.

When you have a knowledgeable founder with a strong community, the goal is not to create content just for the sake of posting.
The goal is to package that knowledge in a way that feels helpful, searchable, and easy to understand.
For Notary2Notary, that meant creating content that answered real questions from notaries at different stages of their journey.
We focused on video topics that could educate, build trust, and support the larger Notary2Notary learning ecosystem.

YouTube was a major platform for Notary2Notary, but the content did not stop there.
Educational videos could also be repurposed into shorter social media content, captions, graphics, and community conversation starters.
This allowed us to take one strong piece of educational content and extend its value across multiple touchpoints.
